So tumbling a little about myself. I am sadly not a wildly interesting person. I enjoy pyjamas, knitting and things shaped like owls, in the great scheme of things, that’s not really exciting.

I am also one of those awful people who talks about work at a party. This, however, is not so bad as my job is generally more interesting then everyone else at the party.

I work in film. (Here imagine jazz hands and spirit fingers and what have you)

This is not as glamorous as it sounds. I largely make coffee, fix the photocopier and buy actors obscenely large quantities of pistachios and cottage cheese. It’s all they eat. Seriously. It just doesn’t seem worth it to me.

…ok, so maybe it’s a little worth it.

I have had a couple of interesting experiences. This time last year I worked on Game of Thrones. It was exciting. I got giggly. I also got a signed photo of Sean Bean (though I never got to meet him). I had to pretend I wasn’t going to run back home to put it next to my Lord of the Rings Collector’s Edition DVD box sets though because it’s not cool to act like a fan girl when you’re in the production office. Apparently.

My life is so glamorous. Gerard Depardieu even sneered at me once.
